Colleen's 1-hour Vinyasa

This 60-minute Vinyasa Flow is similar to the heated practice held in the UWS on Thursday evenings. It is a power-flow practice that is quite vigorous; but don’t let that scare you away. Modifications are offered and at any time during the class, feel free to take a break and rejoin when you are ready. The class starts with warmup moves to flowing/strength building and ends with some stretches to work on flexibility and mobility, all for your benefit of deliberately connecting to your body. Movement and breath are the cornerstone of the practice that will leave you feeling invigorated.
